This Arts Plaza opened in September of 2017 in the Dogpatch neighborhood in San Francisco. The 8000 sq ft plaza is the end result of a project that was inspired and built by a team of public and private partners including BUILD, CMG Landscape, BUILD PUBLIC, the Dogpatch Neighborhood Association, the Eastern Neighborhood Citizen's Advisory Committee, the SF Planning, Public Works and Arts Commission. The result is an arts focused public pedestrian plaza that hosts arts installations, events, and creates the opportunity for residents and visitors to gather and build community.
